2015 vintage
July offered some very hot temperatures and the nice sunny days of August helped to achieve the maturity of these beautiful grapes.
In our vineyards the harvest was carried out from September 5th to 8th.
We chose this early date in order to preserve refinement and freshness in the wines produced by this vintage of solar character.
Despite all these quasi-ideal conditions, the total production is 25% lower than in 2014.
The tasting notes reveal the typicity of each "terroir" producing wines showing the concentration of a very sunny year together with the accuracy and vigour of Pinot Noir.
