2009 vintage
After the stormy month of July, our vines enjoyed some wonderful sunny days in August. The grapes were picked between September 12th and 16th in excellent conditions.
The vinification, both classical and quiet, was a delight for us as the grapes were healthy, with very high sugar concentration and pleasant acidity levels. The well-mastered extraction of the tannins and the density of substance of these quality vintages provide mildness, freshness, elegance and generosity to the 2009 wines.
