Florent Lompré, educated as an historian,(with an historian's education) joined the domain in 1999, also after his experience as a grape-picker. He learned the art of winemaking through experience, and is today in charge of viticulture. He manages the meticulous year-round work of the vines and helps Marie-Christine and Marie-Andrée for vinification and maturing, and up to the bottling process.
Florence Pichon, a biochemist with a diploma in oenology and ampelology, has been working for the Domain since 1998 after she experienced grape-picking. Then she attended courses based on distribution and marketing of wines and spirits.
Florence is an operations assistant, she helps Marie-Christine and Marie-Andrée through all the steps from the vine to the sale of the bottles.
As our task requires more and more attention and rigour. we decided to reinforce our team.
Alain Givrey, who used to come for grape-picking, joined us in January 2016. Thanks to his expertise in various sectors, he can help Florent in the vineyard as well as Florence in preparing the orders.
In November 2016, we welcomed Victor Bréon and Marty Rudelle after we took over the complete farming of our vines at the end of our farming lease.
