2011 vintage
2011 was upset with an early spring bringing high temperatures and by the beginning of summer marked by autumnal conditions. Nevertheless, the difficult task of winegrowers was rewarded with a quality crop, although small once again.
During the first months, this vintage has displayed a delicious and fruity character. Then while maturing, finesse and balance brought a silky energy.
2011 is one of those "pleasure" vintages which will win over the amateurs of Pinot Noir and the passionate lovers of the Burgundy "Terroirs".
It is said that our climate is changing...The range of harvest dates and the whims of nature are here as reminders. With such elements we are conscious that only our work and precision brought in each step of the preparation of a vintage may try to repress what we can't master.
