A dream come true!
Born nine years after Marie-Christine, her childhood and adolescence were cradled by the vine and the wine rhythms. Thrilled to see her grandfather "make the wine," from a very young age, she dreamt of taking over the family domain with her father.
Tragically,
she was only 20 when her father died, and she thought her dream would vanish as
well. She was nevertheless reassured when she realized that she could take up
the challenge with her sister. She continued her university studies in oenology
and joined her mother and her sister in 1992 after
she obtained her National Oenology Diploma, and then enriched her knowledge of
viticulture in the field.
The same year she married Loïc Nauleau, a native of the Vendée (on the Atlantic coast of France), who followed her to Burgundy.
Whilst she came to the domain through oenology, today Marie-Andrée is more specifically in charge of the vineyard and sales.
Like her sister, Marie-Andrée has two daughters: Marion, born in 1994, and Fanny in 1997.
