Some news of the 2013 vintage

Purity, energy, elegance are the terms mostly used to refer to this vintage.

The malolactic fermentations were very slow and the last ones finished in late September. All the wines have been racked and are left to mature in casks for some extra weeks.
This vintage combines richness of fruit with an acidity and tannin balance. For some, it recalls the 2008 vintage with its energy and its crispness. Nevertheless a distinctive silkiness is becoming apparent as the wine matures.

Blending will take place early 2015, bottling will last from April to June, and the first bottles will leave the Domaine in summer 2015.
