We harvested from 16 to 21 September in very good conditions.
The sunny days of September produced a sound crop, which was a real godsend after a cultural season showing peaks of precocity (vine flowering at the end of May) and the whims of summer characterised by hail in July followed by humid and cool weather in August.
The quality of this vintage is due to the meticulous work of our whole team. Up until the day before harvesting, we removed all the damaged grapes in order to allow the sound ones to reach the best maturity.
During vinification we really appreciated the fine aromas and colour levels.
The wines have started their 18 months maturing period in wooden casks in the cellars.
