We have been enjoying higher temperatures since June 7th. The vines are growing well and should produce a good berry setting.
It takes 100 days after the flowering process to reach the harvesting date.
The flowering is expected around June 20th/25th, which should lead to a late September crop.
Nowadays, this date seems rather late as, since 2003, we have been used to harvest between end of August and end of September. Some thirty years ago, harvesting in October was not a surprise for the winegrover...
