2011 vintage

Every year is different! 2011 spring was exceptionally early and we thought we would start harvesting in August. Summer decided otherwise. The poor weather which prevailed in July and August led us to harvest at the begining of September, and nonetheless we were nearly one month ahead of 2010!
This 2011 vintage, harvested under excellent weather conditions, enjoys a great aromatic intensity...
It starts maturing in our cellars where it will remain in oak casks for 15 months . Then it will be blended, cuvée by cuvée, before the bottling process due in Spring 2013.
