<h3>Origine</h3>
<p>Echezaux derives from the Latin word for "buildings," thus revealing the presence of gallo-roman ruins. Jeanne and André Mugneret acquired Les Quartiers de Nuits in 1930, and added Les Rouges du Bas in 1934.</p>
<h3>Garde</h3>
<p>From five to twenty years. It is one of three grand crus that will appreciate the most rapidly.
Serve with: Beef filet in mushroom pastry crust, duck confit, truffle omelette...

<h3>Caractéristiques</h3>
<p>One of the domain's great classic wines. André Mugneret assembled the two parcels so that this wine could express all its sophistication. Raspberry, cherry, and slightly roasted and spicy notes in the 2005 vintage, with mature and harmonious tannins.</p>
