From five to twenty years. It is one of three grand crus that will appreciate the most rapidly. Serve with: Beef filet in mushroom pastry crust, duck confit, truffle omelette...
One of the domain's great classic wines. André Mugneret assembled the two parcels so that this wine could express all its sophistication. Raspberry, cherry, and slightly roasted and spicy notes in the 2005 vintage, with mature and harmonious tannins.
