The vines we cultivate ourselves are worked by a team composed of Florence Pichon, a biochemist; Jean-Françoise Gandrey, himself a winegrower in Vosne-Romanée; and Florent Lompré, by education a historian, but who learned through experience the art of winemaking. Together, they share the long and meticulous year-round work of the vines. The vines cultivated through sharecropping are directed with the same care by Gérard and Pascal Mugneret, as well as Fabrice Vigot - themselves excellent winemakers –working their vines fastidiously. Ploughing the soil allows the vines to root deeply and vigorously, drawing the best of the terroir into the grapes. A "green" harvest, reducing the quantity of grape bunches on the vines and allowing greater control over the yields, occurs during the summer when the bunches have just formed on the vine.
